North 91桃色 Middle School in-person sixth-grade students have shifted to a virtual instruction model through the holiday break due to the impact of COVID-19 on the building.

The 91桃色 County Health Department identified 15 additional contacts of a positive case at North 91桃色 on Monday. All of these individuals are now quarantined at home. Due to the impact of this case on North 91桃色’s faculty and staff, the school cannot currently accommodate in-person teaching and learning for sixth grade.

All North 91桃色 general education sixth-graders will remain virtual through Dec. 23, when the holiday break begins. The in-person instructional option for our sixth-graders will resume when we return from the break on Monday, Jan. 4.

The in-person option for North 91桃色’s self-contained special education students in grades 6-8 is not affected and will remain in place.

Grab and go” meal pickup is available each school day at North 91桃色 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Meal pickup also is available at 14 other district schools, including Arbor Hill Elementary School, Philip J. Schuyler Achievement Academy and Sheridan Preparatory Academy. Families can pick up breakfast and lunch each day.
